15-days love it or send it back risk-free trial policy

We’re so convinced you’ll love working with your new sit to stand desk that we decided to offer you the chance to return your desk within 15 days from the shipment date if you aren’t satisfied.

Use your new sit-stand desk, work on it, play with it, test it, show it to your friends and colleagues… all in the comfort of your home or office for 15 days. If you don’t love it, we’ll take it back and refund 100% of your money (conditions apply).

We fully understand that shopping for a desk online is tricky. This policy is our way of allowing you to try our products risk-free. We make it even easier and more convenient than trying it in a store.

Please note that our 15-day satisfaction guarantee is only applicable on our sit-stand desks. It does not apply to all our other products, accessories and workspace essentials unless you have purchased one of our holistic desk bundles which includes accessories.

All exchange or refund requests must be sent to:

Upon your request for a return, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your desk.

It's important that you keep the original packaging for the 15-day period after unpacking your desk, since this offer is only valid if the desk is returned undamaged, packed in its original box and is in a re-salable condition. Refund for the original shipment and return shipping cost is not covered under this offer and must be covered by you.

Your desk then will be inspected on arrival at our branch and we will contact you with further update and instructions for your refund ASAP. Please note that there’s always a risk that the desk and desktop get damaged during return shipping. To safeguard yourself, please take pictures of your desk (in and out of the packaging) before shipping it back to us with a carrier. In the case it is damaged during return shipping, we cannot be 100% sure that the damage only occurred then unless you have provided us with pictures.

The refund will take place 7-10 business days following the arrival of your desk in our warehouse (under the conditions mentioned above). It will be executed in the same format as the initial purchase.

Important notices:

  • Custom orders (custom desks) are final sale, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please note that the 15-days satisfaction policy is not applicable to holistic desks accessories unless it was purchased as part of a desk bundle.

How To Return

How to return my height adjustable desk under the 15-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you decide that your holistic desk isn’t right for you within 15 days, the return process is easy:

  1. Send us an email at hello@holisticdesks.com and be sure to give us your order number, full name, your direct phone number, the reason for the refund, and the receipt of your purchase.
  2. Simply uninstall and pack your desk carefully in the original boxes. Make sure to take pictures of the product in and out of its packaging and send them to hello@holisticdesks.com. This step will protect you from any damages that can happen during the return shipping process.
  3. Once the desk has been returned, inspected and approved for refund, we will contact you regarding your refund ASAP. If you live in Brisbane, you can also drop off the desk at our office/ warehouse to make the refund process faster.
  4. You will receive a full refund 5-7 business days following the reception of your desk. Your refund will be processed in the same format as the initial purchase.

Please note that the return policy is defined by the following process:

The demand to return a product that does not have any manufacturing defects. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please visit our warranty page.

Please note that if you receive your desk package with extensively damaged packaging at and on arrival, you need to refuse it from the carrier. It will be sent back to us! In the situation where the packaging is undamaged, but the product is, please send us pictures in the hours following the unpacking and we will trigger a return process and ship you a replacement item.

Sit-stand height adjustable desks

Return policy on holistic sit-stand desks after the 15-day satisfaction period.

At the end of the 15-day period, there will be no returns allowed on our height adjustable sit-stand desks. For additional information on our satisfaction guarantee, consult our lifetime of the furniture warranty section.

Accessories

All accessories that show marks of normal use cannot be returned and are deemed to be final sale.

Please note that Holistic Desks does not refund the initial shipping costs and it's the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges for returns. Holistic Desks is not responsible for damage done during the shipping process on all returns. If accessories are damaged during return shipping, you will be responsible for filing a complaint with your shipping carrier. To avoid any problems with the carrier, we advise you to take a picture of your item before and after you have packed and shipped the item.
